The news is... interesting.
I was wondering what every one thinks of the Rutgers Women's basketball team comment.
IMUS: That's some rough girls from Rutgers. Man, they got tattoos and -- McGUIRK: Some hard-core hos.
IMUS: That's some nappy-headed hos there. I'm gonna tell you that now, man, that's some -- woo. And the girls from Tennessee, they all look cute, you know, so, like -- kinda like -- I don't know.
McGUIRK: A Spike Lee thing.
...ROSENBERG: It was a tough watch. The more I look at Rutgers, they look exactly like the Toronto Raptors.
Hey, I think that what the guy said was racist and inappropriate. I don't think it was as blatant as a lot of racial comments have been lately. I think it is mainly evidence of his ignorance rather than of a hatred towards other races. It sounded like he was completely stupid about what he was saying, ignorant.
I was thinking something along those lines. I think it was stupid, but I also think it's getting blown out of proportion. I'm kind of on the fence. Just wanted to see what everyone said.
I totally agree that it is getting way out of proportion. If someone makes a racist comment the answer is not to fire them. It is to educate them. People are acting totally nuts
